Meditation – Is there a hunger, a longing …

Meditation 1.1 - Feelings, thoughts, body sensations - Is there a hunger?

Let’s just begin with a couple of deep breaths.

Just begin by feeling the body, the energy and sensation in the body.

I feel the breath going in, the sensations when the breath goes out.

Notice if there is any sense of relaxation as we breath.

Whatever is arising in the inner experiencing
thoughts, feelings, sensations …
Breath and simply allow them to be there as they are.

I feel the solidity of the body in the chair as I sit.

In this body – now – I inhabit presence.

In this presence, feel, sense the life energy, the life force.

In this feeling of life force, I ask:
Is there a deep hunger, a longing … or something?

Taking a deep breath, I intend to bring my presence into the space of the room to meet others …
