And allow the breaths to move the energy in you to settle, to center …

Hold an inner space for the inner experiencing …
Observing your thinking … feeling, sensing … Body energy …

Being in the presence, in the silence
that contains all of the inner experiencing …

Feel the sensation – just being alive …

Taking two or three deeper breaths …
And to shift your attention into the room, open your eyes when you’re ready.
